Refunds
We want you to be happy with your evwala eSIM. Here’s our refund policy.
Refund eligibility
Section titled “Refund eligibility”You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You have not yet installed the eSIM (i.e., the QR code has not been scanned).
- You request the refund within 7 days of purchase.
Not eligible for refund
Section titled “Not eligible for refund”Refunds cannot be issued if:
- The eSIM has already been installed and activated (QR code scanned).
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase.
- Data has been consumed on the plan.
How to request a refund
Section titled “How to request a refund”- Message us on WhatsApp.
- Tell us you’d like a refund and provide your payment reference (sent to you after purchase).
- We’ll verify eligibility and process the refund within 5-10 business days.
