Refunds

We want you to be happy with your evwala eSIM. Here’s our refund policy.

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You have not yet installed the eSIM (i.e., the QR code has not been scanned).
  • You request the refund within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds cannot be issued if:

  • The eSIM has already been installed and activated (QR code scanned).
  • More than 7 days have passed since purchase.
  • Data has been consumed on the plan.
  1. Message us on WhatsApp.
  2. Tell us you’d like a refund and provide your payment reference (sent to you after purchase).
  3. We’ll verify eligibility and process the refund within 5-10 business days.
