Delete an eSIM

Once your trip is over and your data plan has expired, you can remove the eSIM profile from your phone.

Steps

Section titled “Steps”

iPhone

Section titled “iPhone”
  1. Go to Settings → Cellular.
  2. Tap the evwala eSIM line.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete eSIM.
  4. Confirm by tapping Delete eSIM again.

Android

Section titled “Android”
  1. Go to Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs.
  2. Tap the evwala eSIM.
  3. Tap Delete SIM (or the trash icon).
  4. Confirm the deletion.

Samsung

Section titled “Samsung”
  1. Go to Settings → Connections → SIM Manager.
  2. Under “eSIMs,” tap the evwala eSIM.
  3. Tap Remove.
  4. Confirm the removal.
