Check data usage
There are two ways to check your remaining data.
Option 1: Ask us on WhatsApp
Section titled “Option 1: Ask us on WhatsApp”Message us on WhatsApp and ask “How much data do I have left?” We’ll check your usage and reply instantly.
Option 2: Check on your phone
Section titled “Option 2: Check on your phone”Your phone tracks data usage per SIM line:
- iPhone: Go to Settings → Cellular. Scroll down to see data usage for each line. Note: this shows total usage since last reset, not remaining balance.
- Android: Go to Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs, tap the evwala eSIM, then App data usage.
- Samsung: Go to Settings → Connections → Data Usage → Mobile Data Usage.
